Frequently asked questions
These answers cover the main questions about getting started and exporting App Store submission screenshots.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can upload screenshots, edit the copy, and export a ZIP without signing in.
Are uploaded files stored on the server?
Uploaded images are used for editing and export, and the privacy page explains the handling details.
Which formats are supported?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP are supported, with up to eight screenshots in one batch.
What do I download at the end?
You download a ZIP file containing PNG exports sized for App Store screenshot workflows.
Can each screen have different copy?
Yes. Every screenshot can carry its own title and description so the final set can walk through a feature story screen by screen.
When is this tool most useful?
It works especially well when the screenshots already exist and the main job is to turn them into a clearer, more reviewable submission set before launch or an update.
Can I use it on mobile?
The public flow runs in the browser, but comparing several screens and tuning copy is usually easier on a larger tablet or desktop display.
Which languages are supported?
Korean and English are supported right now.
How do I contact you?
Use the support@sshot.app address listed in the footer and on the contact page.
